HabitPuzzle Privacy Policy

HabitPuzzle ("we", "the app") is a 100% local habit-tracking app. We have designed it so that no personal information ever leaves your device. This policy explains, in plain language, exactly what data the app touches.

1. Information We Collect

None. HabitPuzzle does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information, usage analytics, identifiers, or device data with us or any third party.

2. Data Stored On Your Device

The app stores the following data locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework:

• Habits you create (name, color, icon, optional reminder time)
• Daily check-ins you record
• Mosaics (artworks) generated from your completed puzzles
• App preferences (theme, haptics on/off)

This data never leaves your device. We have no servers and cannot access it. If you delete the app, the data is permanently erased.

3. Permissions

HabitPuzzle requests only one optional system permission:

• Notifications. Used solely to deliver the local daily reminder you choose for each habit. Notifications are scheduled by the OS on your device. We do not use push notifications and do not run a notification server.

You may revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings.

4. Third-Party Services

HabitPuzzle does not embed any third-party SDKs, analytics frameworks, advertising networks, crash reporters, or social-login providers.

5. Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect any information from children. Because no information is collected at all, the app is safe for users of any age.

6. Your Rights

Because all data lives on your device, you have full control:

• Access: Open the app to view all stored data.
• Delete: Long-press any habit or artwork to delete it, or uninstall the app to erase everything.
• Modify: Edit any habit or check-in directly inside the app.

7. Changes To This Policy

If our practices ever change in a future version, we will update this page and reference it from the App Store listing. Continued use of the app after such an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
